I also edit the minimize maximize and close buttons, but the colors are the same like the first release.

Author’s Notes: This is the third release of my Dark/Purple theme for Windows Vista
there has been quite a few changes in this release.

Changelog:

-A return to my original intention of a dark skin, the start bar and start menu have been darkened

-Fixed alot of bugs in some of the images, such as the separator bar and the progress bar

-Brand new Dark Vista Basic skin, who says Vista basic people should have a crap skin

-Changes to the aero windows:

+Two different skins one with the normal buttons and a new skin that doesn’t have the buttons
but the Close, Maximize and Minimize buttons appear when you hover over them with your mouse, this gives
the windows a nice clean look.

+New window look gives the windows alot more depth

+Removed the “glow” around the title of the window, so if you are using a dark colour on your theme (which I recommend) you should change the title bar text colour to white on active and inactive windows.

-By going into the appearance menu
-then go to “Window Colour and Appearance”
-then click on “open classic appearance properties for more colour options”
-then click “Advanced”
-then choose “Active title bar” from the dropdown menu and change the colour to white
-do the same for “Inactive title bar” but change it to a light gray colour

-Various other things

Author’s Notes: This is the first Beta release of my Aero 4093 (Jade) style.
This theme is based on the style of Windows Longhorn Build 4093.

Nothing changed since the latest preview, but I thought I’d just release it.
Please tell me what you think of it, and give me suggestions.

**Updated: Made a small change to the start button, the fugly white dots on the right side are removed.**

With this simple application you can easily patch your Windows Vista system to use custom styles. Similar to the UxTheme patch for Windows XP. After that you can modify your Aero style to use the glass transparency effect on maximized windows.

June 5 update this so it will be more simple to install use winrar then just open folder copy the folder Maximum Trans and the Maximum file to Windows-Resources-Themes and that it..the 2 others are wallpaper and Vista logon for Logonstudio Vista…

Author’s Notes: VistaXT Version 0.5, 1st Release.

This is my first theme for Vista, labeled VistaXT, because well, it sounds cool

Anyway it’s a kinda dark theme, with black and purple on most parts of the theme, but it’s not too dark.

The pack includes:

VistaXT Skin
-New Welcome Centre
-New logon Screen
-New Back/Forward buttons in explorer
-New Boot Animation
-And other’s that I can’t remember look at the picture its got most of whats in it

Well i hope you enjoy it, and feel free to leave comments on improving it or if you need help. I’m going to continue working on this skin, as at this moment there is NO VISTA BASIC THEME included, only the regular one is in there.
But there will be one in the next release!
