Author’s Notes: UPDATED Fixed 3d colors, also Tooltips and most importantly as stated when I intially posted it I have added Shutdown\Logoff Dialogs.

Ive Been asked to convert this many many times by people, I finally had a little time to kill so here it is VXP for windowblinds, I have skinned the menus and fixed all the cnversion errors i could locate, I just dont have the time to get to shutdowns or toolbars yet, I will update it as I have time to.
