Unb to delete Tango or Miror via control panel of C: Progroms

i,m with you on this one i can,t remove it from program files or anything its like it took over if you find a solution to this email me i give up how it got their i don,t know

some how i have a tango toolbar on my computer and i try to delete it but it won’t can anybody help me out here. i been trying for the last 4 days i went to add and remove but it just won’t delete it off my computer and i don’t know how it got on my computer if anybody can help with this thank you
